Dorothy’s typical process is to get artists tracked during relaxed half or full-day recording sessions - to enable the artist to deliver their absolute best and most emotional performance. Mixing and mastering occur after the session when both the artist and engineer have had time to internalize the rough mix provided. Dorothy likes to spread her mix work over days so she has the time needed to listen, reflect and execute a perfect mix.
